We provide video production, video editing, audio engineering, and related services. Specific deliverables will be defined in project agreements.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment is required before commencing any project.
- The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion.
- A client is requested to pay the full amount if the project value is less than $100.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal, Payoneer, or wire transfer.
3. Intellectual Property
- We retain ownership of all intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback promptly to avoid delays.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
